When did you last follow your curiosity?

Making room for an experience you could not have planned.

When did you last follow your curiosity without knowing where it would lead?

For someone used to making things happen, that can be a surprisingly difficult question. You know how to set a direction, assemble the right people and work towards an outcome. Even a holiday can become another thing to organise well.

There is pleasure in that competence. There can also be a point when the extraordinary begins to feel familiar. You can change the location and still find yourself moving through the same conversations, making the same choices and returning to the same questions.

What interests me is the moment something interrupts that pattern. A person whose experience sits outside your usual circle. A place that asks you to slow down and notice. An encounter that brings an old question into a different light. You cannot decide in advance which moment will matter.

Source Code: Adventures Into Possibility gives that curiosity a trail to follow. It is a bespoke scavenger hunt for visionary leaders, unfolding through clues, extraordinary places and unexpected encounters. The world becomes the setting, and your own life supplies the questions.

Each journey begins by getting to know you: what fascinates you, what you feel ready to explore and what kind of pace and support would suit you. A personal guide holds the thread as the adventure unfolds. The people, places, duration and practical essentials are shaped in conversation.

The invitation is to make room for discovery. You may arrive with a question about the next chapter of your work, or simply an appetite to experience something unfamiliar. There is space to explore without deciding beforehand what the experience must produce.

And what you notice can travel home with you. A conversation you want to continue. An instinct you want to trust. A possibility you would like to try in your relationships, your leadership or something you hope to create. What you make of it remains yours.

If you are curious, begin there. What would you love to discover? What has become too familiar? Where do you feel an opening, even if you cannot yet give it a name?

The first clue is a conversation. Follow the clues. Come alive.
