An adventure shaped around you

The mystery can unfold. The practical essentials still need care.

That balance matters to me in Source Code. The possibility of an unexpected encounter is exciting; the arrangements that let you be present for it deserve thoughtful attention. Surprise has a different quality when you have agreed the ground you are standing on.

So the first question is about the person taking the journey. What draws your curiosity? Which questions keep returning? What feels ready for movement? What pace allows you to take an experience in, and what practical considerations need to be understood?

Those conversations come before a route. Someone may be drawn to unfamiliar company. Someone else may want time and space to notice what has been crowded out by responsibility. The same setting could mean very different things to each of them. Listening helps the experience take a shape that feels personal.

Source Code is a bespoke scavenger hunt for visionary leaders, supported by a personal guide. Thoughtful onboarding informs the people, places, pace and duration. Your guide holds the thread and reveals the next clue as the adventure unfolds.

The practical essentials are agreed together. You can explore what you need to understand before deciding whether to take part, while leaving room for discovery within the experience itself. A first conversation is a chance to ask questions and explore mutual fit.

There is also room for play. An accomplished life can ask you to be purposeful so often that doing something simply because it draws you becomes unfamiliar. Following a clue offers a smaller invitation: pay attention to this next encounter and see what it opens.

A personal adventure can be considered in detail without prescribing how you should feel about it. What catches your attention, which assumptions you question and what you choose to carry forward will depend on you. The value of the experience cannot be reduced to a promised revelation.

If you were shaping such a journey, what would you want your guide to understand? A fascination you rarely make time for? A question that has outgrown the conversations around it? A practical need that would help you relax into the experience?

Bring that into the conversation. Source Code begins with getting to know the person behind the adventure.
