The Pure Method for fostering authentic connection observes the journey an individual has within their community, business or organization and breaks this journey down to three phases. Our methodology uses different tools and practices to train individuals on how to best foster a culture of vulnerability and mindfulness into their organizations. The three phases of the Pure Method are:
Curation - this phase intentionally guides an individual from their first point of contact with a community, organization or product;
Integration - this phase welcomes an individual into said organization’s culture and shared values;
Experience - this phase dictates how the organization is governed, facilitated and relates to itself through intentional practices.
Each of these phases considers how individuals can learn to authentically connect with themselves, one another and nature. We have curated a package of tools that offer the resources needed for fostering a vibrant culture within their organizations. We believe that this package of tools allows organizations to create conscious and wholesome communities, businesses and products. By applying the Pure Method, our program graduates become members of our network of authenticated purpose-driven organizations, or pure projects.
Below are some of the tools and processes we are integrating into our methodology to foster authentic connections and nurturing communities.
