Our community building training program will enable you to foster a culture of authenticity and care in your community-based organization, thereby transforming your community’s values, leadership, communication, experience and impact. This program offers facilitators an understanding of the transformative power of authentic human connection and surrendered leadership. Our aim is that these trainings will allow leaders to integrate these qualities into their daily interactions, leading to the creation of conscious communities in their personal and professional lives. By balancing emotional intelligence and embodied learning with more systemic and structural tools, our methodology offers changemakers skills in the following: Nonviolent Communication, Authentic Relating, Trauma Release, Psychological Safety, Embodied Learning, Flat Organizational Design, Human Centered Design and other co-creative tools and practices.
Our team of experience designers, transformational business coaches and mindfulness facilitators will offer you opportunities for raised awareness and experiences that will lead to an understanding of the power of physical connection, trust, communication, humility and vulnerability. Using methodologies such as Ephemeral Group Process, Art of Hosting, Dragon Dreaming, Theory U and other groundbreaking community building tools, we will enable facilitators to transform their spaces into conscious communities.
This program is held seasonally and has a maximum capacity of 25 people per training.
